I have been searching for months for the right color combination and found the trade-in vehicle I was looking for. I called and asked for a used car salesman and was connected to Austin. I told him about the vehicle and the only problem I had was that I live in Michigan and the vehicle was in Kentucky. I explained how hard it was for me to buy a vehicle without inspecting and driving it. I received e-mail from Austin with several pictures of the vehicle. These pictures were great and he even took pictures of "flaws" like small scratches, etc. I requested some other pictures and received them immediately.He went the distance in setting me up with a Auto-Transport company and the vehicle was shipped to my work with no problems. I had questions about out of state taxes, title,lein holder information, etc. and Austin walked me right through all of it. I received text messages and phone calls from him after dealership hours and on his days off. When I decided I wanted to purchased, I called an spoke with Matty and told him we would be in. When we arrived, he was with other customers, but immediately arranged to have Austin help us out. Looking for a "New to Me Car" - I knew exactly what I was looking for. Using the Internet to search on a daily basis, I would look to Cars.com to assist me in my search. And the 2010 Chevy Equinox that I ended up purchasing at Cross Chrylser Jeep pulled up in my search criteria a few days before my purchase. Because I was heading to Louisville, KY for the N.A.I.L.E. the coming weekend, I contacted Cross Chrysler Jeep and was put in touch with Bill Z. I was so pleased at the pressure that was not put on me to head over there to test drive. He understood my situation and the time restraints that I would have in looking at the car. Because we would be tied up with Cattle Shows while we were in Louisville, Bill offerend to bring the car I was interested in, over to me, let my Fiance' and I look at it in between Cattle Shows and do what he could to accomodate ME. VERY NICE. Bill met me at 1 pm. We looked the car over and I test drove it around and back to the dealership. I knew what to expect with the car, because I had been test driving the exact model, here in Central IL, where we are from. I was back at the N.A.I.L.E by 2:45 pm that day.
