Overall great experience. Drove to Cross - about 3 hours from my home - to purchase a jeep seen on line. On the way home with the jeep the check engine light came on - diagnosed as failed catalytic converte from my home - to purchase a jeep seen on line. On the way home with the jeep the check engine light came on - diagnosed as failed catalytic converter. Called our sales rep, Matty Ward. I bought the jeep as is - no warranty, but also bought an extended warranty. Unfortunately the extended warranty did not cover the catalytic converter. Matty and the Sales Mgr coordinated efforts with a dealer close to me and covered all repairs without hesitation. I am very pleased and will not only recommend them to others, but will go back there myself for my next vehicle. Thanks to the team at Cross!! More
