Jared Cross was great to work with, no pressure, no guessing on what was going on during the process. We knew he had the Jeep we had been looking for but weren't sure if we were ready. I went to Cross Motors to look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was meet in the lot by Mark Wilhoite, he answered several of my questions. Matty Ward reviewed all of the features of the Jeep with me during the test drive. After the test drive I told Matty that I would come back with my wife in a couple of days to look some more. He took my information and did not try to rush or push me into anything. After a couple of phone calls with Matty checking what Jeeps he had available, my wife and i returned a couple of days later and purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I have been searching for months for the right color combination and found the trade-in vehicle I was looking for. I called and asked for a used car salesman and was connected to Austin. I told him about the vehicle and the only problem I had was that I live in Michigan and the vehicle was in Kentucky. I explained how hard it was for me to buy a vehicle without inspecting and driving it. I received e-mail from Austin with several pictures of the vehicle. These pictures were great and he even took pictures of "flaws" like small scratches, etc. I requested some other pictures and received them immediately.He went the distance in setting me up with a Auto-Transport company and the vehicle was shipped to my work with no problems. I had questions about out of state taxes, title,lein holder information, etc. and Austin walked me right through all of it. I received text messages and phone calls from him after dealership hours and on his days off.
