After asking my questions he answered everything he knew and humbly let me know that he didn't have the answer for one of them. He said he would follow up and give me a call. Bill then courteously did just that within and hour. No sales push, just answered my question. Perfect! That simple courteous response won my business. Nice job guys! More

Amazing Customer Service and Dedication I recently purchased a used 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid form Cross Jeep. I had been looking for about 2 months for the specific color and model I wanted. I recently purchased a used 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid form Cross Jeep. I had been looking for about 2 months for the specific color and model I wanted. Cross had it on their website and I send an email to ask some question. Bill Zhunga quickly emailed me and then called. I set up a time to drive down from Indianapoilis to test drive the Escape. Bill followed up with every question I asked a promptly responded. They even helped with financing when the internet loan didn't get processed as quickly as I needed it to. THe experience would have been great but this is when it got better. The check engine light came on on the way home and I called Bill. He said to take it to a dealer get it checked out and they would take care of it. Cross Jeep took care of the very minor parts that needed to be taken care of and paid for the local Ford dealer to fix. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from start to finish.
