Fabulous Experience! I purchased a previously owned 2011 VW Jetta for my 17 year old daughter last night. The experience could not have been easier or more comfortable. One big difference I noticed from other dealerships is that they let her test drive the car. Others had said she had to be 18. Our salesman was Matty Ward. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and did not pressure us in the least. The business manager was also a delight to work with. He clearly reviewed the terms of the deal and the optional protections available. I did not elect to purchase any of the protection plans and, unlike what I have experienced at other dealerships, he did not try to pressure me and did not change the way he interacted with me as we completed the deal. I truly felt he just wanted to give me the opportunity to purchase the plans and wasn't just trying to make an extra buck. Also, the car was spotless and they still washed and vacuumed it while I was taking car of the paperwork. I believe we got a great value and will not hesitate to purchase from them again! More

Matty Ward- The Best Saleman I've Ever Dealt with I am sure I have owned over fifty vehicles in the last 22 years because I love unique vehicles so much. I had located a rare Jeep wrangler unlimited R I am sure I have owned over fifty vehicles in the last 22 years because I love unique vehicles so much. I had located a rare Jeep wrangler unlimited Rubicon X model at the Cross dealership via the internet and auto-trader. When I called to check the availability, I spoke with Matty Ward. From the beginning he was extremely helpful. He even was able to teach a 25 year Jeep enthusiast a few things about the current models. Hands down, this was my easiest vehicle purchase to date. It turned out that the price was so great that I was able to drive a trade-in from San Antonio, Tx, and drive the new Jeep back home while having a vacation along the way. I still saved thousands from purchasing the identical vehicle in my state. Matty Ward helped me to lock-in the purchase price and the trade-in value before I even made the trip. Both of which I thought were extremely reasonable. In fact I ended up saving so much that I was able to add a suspension lift and still come out cheaper . Matty's father Matt Ward was the gentlemen that helped me out in the finance arena. My background is in Finance and I do not know how he was able to locate the rate that he located. Of course, this saved me even more money and brought my out the door price lower than I would have ever imagined. The kind of integrity in this dealership is what sets it apart. I had left a few things in my trade-in vehicle and I was surprised to see when I drove up that the porter was already pulling these out for me. If this was not cool enough, the same guy helped me to switch out my own unique shift knob which in itself was a very unique design that I loved. In all I am very impressed with the quality and professional demeanor that the Cross dealership employees have. They are truly the difference in the dealership and other dealerships should strive to be like them. In an ever changing business world, I am glad to have found one place that still believes in customer service. Thanks again guys! More
