We bought a Kia Soul from here two years ago, we were pushed to purchase a warranty (they do not take no for an answer). So we purchase the warranty, within 60 days of buying this car, we took the car in to get an oil changed (b/c it was acting funny), our mechanic told us to take it back to Cronin Kia to get an oil consumption test done b/c this car is over consuming oil and will eventually ruin your vehicle, took it to Cronin Kia and we were told it was fine. Here we are two years later after having to constantly add oil into the car very often, we have a broke down car due to the engine being clogged with oil (different mechanic telling us it is due to the same issue--over consumption of oil). Better yet, the warranty doesn't cover it at all. So over $9,000 down the drain. My sister also had issues from Cronin Kia too, don't buy a car from them or a warranty=NOT WORTH IT. More
