Everything looks completely untouched and perfect as far as I can tell. No missing parts. No rattles. The service tech even put all my personal items back into the glove box/bins/cubbies where they were before. Hats off to your service team for such a great job! More
Service Excellent Our 2015 Explorer was due for it's 20,000 mile service. I called last week and got it scheduled for Tuesday at 9:30. I went into the lounge area and in less than an hour he called me. I have had nothing but A+ service here since buying our vehicle, and because if that I am sure will be buying other vehicles here I the future. More

The first two I was honestly just looking for information, so I could attempt to fix it myself. I was just hoping for a couple of answers but he went above and beyond, he said it'll be easier if I just show you, and he walked me out to my car and showed me exactly what I needed to do. His quote was "do what you can when you can in this economy, but make me a deal, when you run into a problem that you cannot fix yourself give me a ring and I promise I'll get you squared away and never charge you an arm and a leg". That meant a whole lot to me, and low and behold a couple months later old faithful broke down on me and I was in over my head. I got it towed in he was in constant communication over the next two days and the estimate was to the penny what he said it would be. setting up an appointment for repair I called service dept. to set up a time to bring my escape in for noise in front end . I told person I spoke to that car was still under extended warranty period and would like to know when I could bring it in and that I would need a loaner car for my wife to use for her commute to work. he proceeded to tell me that he was booked for 2 weeks on loaner cars. so I proceeded to ask him if I could schedule a time for 2 weeks in advance. he then said "you will have to call on that day and we will see if a loaner car is available" made no sense to me .so much for CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my daughter`s car towed there for a no starting problem.we thought is was a computer chip key problem ,but rich told me that his mechanic hit my daughter starter i=on he taurus whit a happer and it problem.we thought is was a computer chip key problem ,but rich told me that his mechanic hit my daughter starter i=on he taurus whit a happer and it started ,and so he was sure we needed the starter replaced.at acost of $500.00 ,my daughter hat the starter replaced at another place about 8 months ago so it was still under warranty ,so we decited not too have the work done by cornin ford,mr josh said there would be a $100.00 plus shop supplies and tax to be paid for hitting the starter with a hammer and tell us we need a new starter for $500.00 that we declined,i ask to talk to the service manager Jammie and he said yes you have to pay it.then i ask to talk to th owner pat cornin , so jammie said oh you cant talk to him .but i will lower the check out to $89.00 plus tax and take the shop supplies off.so it cost me $95.80 to get my daughter starter on her ford taurus hit with a hammer .not good business if you ask me,i am a ford master certified service advise and i work and walker ford in clearwater florida and any writer or manager that would do this tpye service to one of our customers would not be working at walker ford for long.i hope my pat cornin gets to read this and i wish he would call me at 727-858-1223 i would love to talk to him. More
The Cronin Dealership consistently offers the best deals and service after the sale. I shop around a LOT before making a decision on the car I want and I have found that EVERY OTHER dealer has their "come and service after the sale. I shop around a LOT before making a decision on the car I want and I have found that EVERY OTHER dealer has their "come on" price to get you in the door and then low and behold - the price is WAY higher than advertised. NOT WITH CRONIN!. Their internet price or advertised price is always true. NO BAIT AND SWITCH WITH CRONIN. We shopped every other Kia Dealer in Cincinnati looking for a car for our daughter and Cronin was the one that beat them all. If you are shopping for a New or Used Car, Cronin Ford Kia in Harrison is the only place to go. Honesty and integrity are still alive in this world. I won't buy a car from anyone else. More
