My experience at Cronin was the best that I have ever had. This is the second time I have purchased a new vehicle, but the first time from Cronin. I have been shopping online for a vehicle for quite sometime. The reason I prefer online is due to a few bad experiences I have had going in to various dealerships. The pricing on the website caught my attention, so I called. A salesman named Joe answered and answered all my questions very professionally. He did't try to sell me on the first call. He had a very relaxed approach which made me feel comfortable. We set up a time and I went to Cronin. It went perfect! I couldn't say anything negative about the time I walked into the door until left with my new car. Joe worked very hard to make everything just right. His demeanour and friendliness were mych appreciated. I am a single female and have been nervous about this experience for quite sometime, fearing I may get ripped off. So after trying to deal with 2 other Ford dealerships to get my new F150, I walked into Cronin Ford not expecting anything more than what I received at the other 2 dealerships...bad service. Many people want trust from the sales person and that is what Cronin Ford offers. Not only does the person you are dealing with makes you feel welcome, but every employee works together as a team. I give this dealership an overall rating of 5 meaning that they surpassed my expectations of a dealership and impressed me with their knowledge of vehicles and their clear explanation of financial options. I would recommend Cronin Ford to any one of my friends and family. More

I purchased a 2008 Mercury Mariner on 4/4/11 from this dealership. The initial dealing was fantastic. I found the vehicle online, called with a price I was willing to pay, they accepted that offer within dealership. The initial dealing was fantastic. I found the vehicle online, called with a price I was willing to pay, they accepted that offer within 20 minutes, I test drove it, and all paperwork was complete in less than 2 hours. On 4/6/11 my mother noticed the front bumper looked a little crooked. My boyfriend looked closer and confirmed screws were missing from the bumper and while searching the other side discovered a gash plus scuffs on the front passenger tire that had been Armoralled over. I called Dave and told him what we found. He gave a line about it being used and whatnot but said he would talk with his manager to see what they could do. 45 minutes later I hadn't heard back from him so my boyfriend and I drove back to the dealership to confront them (politely) about the tire being a safety issue. Dave was sitting at his desk playing on his cell phone which proved to me he had no intention of calling me back. I showed him the issues and the fact that the gash was down to the cross-hatching beneath the rubber. 15 minutes later we left with a promise that the tire and the bumper would be taken care of. The tire was replaced the next day with a used but serviceable tire and we took the car back in 4/11 when they fixed the bumper. Ultimately they made this ugly situation right and we'll be back because they made it right, but be VERY CAREFUL to FULLY INSPECT any car you buy from this dealership - even look at things you wouldn't normally look at, like making sure the bumper's fully attached!
