Great Support from Salesman Tony Henegar was our salesman, and he has done a great job for us. We kept him there for an hour after closing time while the deal was completed, and Tony Henegar was our salesman, and he has done a great job for us. I have dealt with most of the customer service people (men) in the service department, who all do a good job. I was surprised to see a very nice woman in the service department. She knew her stuff, and was extremely positive and friendly. Her customer service skills were GREAT. She showed me what was wrong with my brakes, and used a prop to show me and explained why I should get new back brakes as soon as possible. I have worked in customer service for 30 years, and straight commission sales for 10 years. I was sales manager for 4 years. If I was still in sales, I would have tried to steal Vanessa from you. That's how good she really is. I look forward to coming back to Cronin Ford, just to watch her in action. You have a Great asset in Vanessa. Hold on to her. Also, her name is not listed below.
