Decided around Halloween to cancel the warranty because the reviews of the warranty company were not good. There were numerous complaints on BBB about unresponsiveness and using used or inferior parts for repairs. Over the next week, I called Cronic several times and couldn't get anyone on the phone to cancel the warranty. I sent emails to two different people with no reply and even tried the online chat three times. Online chat response was always that someone would get back in touch with me and that never happened. I finally talked to the finance manager on November 11th and he told me that I needed to sign a waiver to cancel the warranty. I drove up there that day, signed the waiver and was told that after he finished with one customers paperwork that he would send the waiver to the finance company to cancel the warranty and credit my final loan amount for the warranty total. (Even though I paid separately for the warranty, it was listed as a down payment so I couldn't just get it refunded). I signed the form on Tuesday, the 11th. Saturday, the 15th, I called the finance company and they still hadn't received the cancelation paperwork. I called Cronic, on Friday, the 14th to ask the finance manager about sending it and I was told he was off and wouldn't be back until Monday. I tried to talk with someone else and was told that someone would get back in touch with me. Well, as stated before, no one has bothered to get back to me. I called the finance manager on Monday 11/17 and had to leave a message because he was busy, no return call. I called again and finally talked with the finance manager on 11/18 and he said it was sent but kicked back so he would re-send it. He sent me a copy of the re-send, which was dated 11/12 even though I signed it 11/11 (and he was sending it that day). I was told that it would take around 3-4 weeks for the refund to get to the finance company. It is now 1/6 and the finance company still has not received the refund. According to the warranty company the refund was sent electronically to Cronic on 11/24. I have tried contacting the finance manager again to see about the refund that they have had since the end of November and as usual I get no response, no call back, nothing. I am getting the impression that they are not planning to return my money. I would give them less than one star but that isn't an option. Now for the Gladiator. After driving it for a couple of weeks and getting it up to speeds that I couldn't get during the test drive I discovered that the Jeep has the "death wobble". After a good bit of research, I took it to a tire shop because of the death wobble. While the tire shop had it up on the lift, they found that the drivers side shock had been leaking and needed to be replaced. I have replaced both front shocks and I have an appointment to look at the suspension to hopefully fix the death wobble. I also later discovered that the rear window defroster was broken off the pin on the window. It had been propped against the window, which was held up by the seats, so that it was not apparent when looking through the vehicle. Not sure how these things were not found and corrected in the "inspection" done by Cronic before selling the vehicle. More

I will never return to this dealership for warranty or any repairs. I dropped my Jeep off on July 23, 2024 and here it is January 7, 2025 and I still do not have my Jeep back. They took my Jeep out to J any repairs. I dropped my Jeep off on July 23, 2024 and here it is January 7, 2025 and I still do not have my Jeep back. They took my Jeep out to Jackson, but didn't want to take it to Barnesville to "recreate" the issue, which they cleared all the codes for. They finally "recreated the issue when I took time off work to go and ride with the assistant service manager to the exact spot that I said would trigger the issue. At this point it was November and they ordered the parts (wiring harness, ABS sensor, and instrument cluster). I received a call on January 3, 2025 stating that the wiring harness was installed, but they were not done with the other items, "one of the parts that were ordered was wrong and we had to send it back" was the update I received along with being told that my Jeep was almost completely disassembled (seats removed, dash completely out). They go a month or more between updates, they do not listen to the customer, and the service manager is rude and arrogant. During the purchase of my 3rd vehicle from Cronic, while my Jeep is in their service department, the service manager makes the comment "I hope they can't afford it" as he walks through the sales department and sees me and my husband. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE!! More
I called to get a service appointment on 11/06/2023 and the next available appointment is 12/01/2023. When you need service in your Jeep you should not have to wait thus long. I had considered this dealers the next available appointment is 12/01/2023. When you need service in your Jeep you should not have to wait thus long. I had considered this dealership because I am in the market for another Jeep. I for sure will not buy from this dealership since their service department cannot handle their current volume. More
I had initially received a recommendation from my father about this dealership and its general manager, which had me intrigued. While I did end up working with a different salesman, the experience was quite about this dealership and its general manager, which had me intrigued. While I did end up working with a different salesman, the experience was quite positive overall. Despite some initial nervousness, the salesman was truly great in assisting me throughout the process. My car purchase took place on Monday, the 14th. However, there was a minor hiccup with the paperwork that indicated the purchase date as the 12th. When I brought this up, the salesman assured me that it wouldn't affect anything. The registration paperwork had my fathers OLD address listed on it, hopefully that is not going to cause more issues. During my interaction, I had inquired about a vehicle inspection report, but was informed they didn't possess one, although the car had supposedly undergone servicing. While signing the 'as is' agreement, I once again raised the question about the inspection report, and the response remained negative. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't proceeded, but I did sign the paperwork. Soon after leaving the dealership, I noticed the engine light had come on. I took the car for an inspection, which revealed some concerns including the right front tire brake being at a minimum level of 3. Additionally, there were indications of an aftermarket exhaust and an inconsistency in the types of tires on the car. Given that I live over two hours away, it wasn't feasible for me to return immediately. The dealership kindly offered a loaner vehicle, but I had reservations about this considering my previous experiences. Looking back, I realize I should have consulted Kelley Blue Book before finalizing the purchase. In conclusion, my experience with this dealership had its ups and downs. While the initial interactions and assistance from the salesman were commendable, the subsequent issues with paperwork accuracy and the car's condition after purchase were disappointing. If you're considering making a purchase, I would advise conducting thorough research, including consulting reputable sources like Kelley Blue Book, to ensure a smoother transaction. More
We came to Cronic just to look at Trucks when Anthony came out and walked to the back of the lot to show us the perfect truck. Never any pressure. When I ask for a drive-out price he came back with a fa came out and walked to the back of the lot to show us the perfect truck. Never any pressure.
