I called ahead to get appointment and was told my problem was covered by my extended warranty. I reconfirmed again with a gentleman on Saturday even though service was closed he was helpful and confirmed it was covered by my extended warranty. After dropping off and picking up a loaner I got to my destination only to get a call from Michelle that I was not covered under my warranty. I had to turn around and come back to get my car. Michelle was very apologetic and when the mechanic brought my car around she made a point to discuss the problem with my car (hypothetically) and where would he start if he was to try to repair it. He walked through where he would begin and pointed out to me the areas of interest. I then was able to go home and work on it myself. I have narrowed out the problem but not able to fix. However, having Michelle and the mechanic take the extra time with me and showing they care......is why even though my car was not able to be repaired......I left very happy of the interest they put in me as a customer. This is the kind of personal care I receive every time I have come to Critz. This is why I called my husband from the car and told him we need to make sure the next vehicle we purchase comes from Critz! More

People were friendly, as I have owned more than 80 vehicles the costly checks for milage is sometimes suspect but due to warranty I paid for the service but of course I'm a gear-head and check the sam vehicles the costly checks for milage is sometimes suspect but due to warranty I paid for the service but of course I'm a gear-head and check the same items on a regular basis. The only reason I didn't give great on all the items was due to the vehicle not being clean upon return to me. They never wiped the door sills bugs were still on the windshield and makes the whole vehicle look unwashed to me. I do like the GLK 350 More

There was grease inside my BMW when I picked it up. Despite the vehicle being washed, there was still grease on the hood and door of the car. An Associate cleaned the grease inside on the door. I was so impressed with Critz BMW after dealing with Hilton Head BMW and having several negative experiences with the purchase of my new BMW 123. From the moment I got out of my car, I was greeted by R Hilton Head BMW and having several negative experiences with the purchase of my new BMW 123. From the moment I got out of my car, I was greeted by Richard Osbourn. Then I was promptly introduced to my salesman, Cory Ardilio. Within a short amount of time, between the two of them I was shown several 123's with specific emphasis on the different interiors which were available. It was their involvement which enabled me to purchase a fabulous car with very little hassle. Due to their building a new sales facility, they were temporarily located in a trailer, but the closeness of the group enabled them to introduce me to all of their staff. The best part of my purchase at Critz was Cory advising me of an option to pick up my car at the Performance Center. What a thrill to be able to participate in the test drive, plant tour, etc. First class all the way. I have been a loyal BMW owner since 1982!!! This entire experience from sales to delivery will keep me buying my BMWs. More
