Criswell Nissan, especially the Service Department has offered me nothing but stellar customer service. Coming from the realm of BMW I wasn't sure what to expect from Nissan but to my surprise it has bee offered me nothing but stellar customer service. Coming from the realm of BMW I wasn't sure what to expect from Nissan but to my surprise it has been nothing but an excellent experience. I've never been treated like a rock star with BMW, as an M3 & M5 owner, but with Nissan, as GT-R owner, they definitely made me feel like one. The Service Manager and his team are all very customer service oriented, they have always made each of my visits to the dealership very enjoyable. I'm not the type of person that usually write reviews but this dealership definitely deserves it. More
Worst experience I've ever had with a dealer service department. First visit, they broke my hub cap and tried to charge me $80 for it. Second, they managed to overlook a $300 crack in a casing that my o department. First visit, they broke my hub cap and tried to charge me $80 for it. Second, they managed to overlook a $300 crack in a casing that my oil change guys point it out a couple weeks later. Turns out, it had been cracked that way for well over a month. Funny how that oversight was right before my 30,000-mile warranty was up. Avoid this place and find a garage where the management is actually interested in protecting your vehicle. More
I went to Criswell Nissan Germantown MD for a maintenance on my Nissan 350z, and they left a wrench in my engine room.
