I received an email with a coupon for engine oil and filter change plus tire rotation for $39.99, I paid totally round of $59. Overall a good experience. Someone initially tried charging me $195 just to "diagnose" that my car battery was in fact dead. I showed them that the website shows a "complimentary multi-point inspection" which includes a battery check. The main person there, Mark, was great though. He made sure to explain the battery change and made sure I was satisfied. More
My original service writer, Dave had to leave due to illness, but he made sure to follow up the next day. Ericka picked up the slack, and was excellent.
