Deuce and his team always do a great job at listening to my concerns and go above and beyond to get my vehicle’s issues resolved right away. They’re great communicating. While the issues that my vehicle has presented are not their fault they make it their responsibility to deeply research until they find a resolution. Due to the nature of my work there are times that I get to the dealer for pick up at closing, I am NEVER rushed or made to feel like I’m inconveniencing staff. Deuce goes above and beyond by being flexible and accommodating. Dropped off the car at 10 AM and you didn't even bother to look at it. Had to rsise xxxx to even get a call back. You also did not bother to consider the issue, even though I explained it 3 times when I dr to look at it. Had to rsise xxxx to even get a call back. Instead, your bright solution was for me to leave the car overnight for you to look at whenever you felt like it. So basically, I'd be without a car for days until you felt like looking at it.. But I should know better, it's been the same experience the other two times I made the mistake of coming to you for service. Wasted my whole day, you're useless. More
