I don’t think it’s necessarily the dealerships fault but really disappointed that Nissan refused to extend the warranty on my failed Evap canister. It is clearly an engineering manufacturers defect. I’ve re really disappointed that Nissan refused to extend the warranty on my failed Evap canister. It is clearly an engineering manufacturers defect. I’ve researched the issue and apparently it is common and the warranty for this particular defect has been extended to 15 year and 150,000 miles on some Nissan Models but unfortunately not my vehicle. The evap cannister was completely filled with water. Shame on Nissan! I’ll go back to purchasing Honda or Acura. They definitely stand behind their manufacturers errors! More

The service provided was excellent and fixed all of the reported issues. The only complaint that I have is that my car was ready to be picked up but a few days went by before someone contacted me to let m reported issues. I called in the morning on 2/20/2023 at 10:00 AM and talked with Braiden in the Service center and wanted to take an appointment for Oil Change. I was not given the appointment for Oil change, but he as talked with Braiden in the Service center and wanted to take an appointment for Oil Change. I was not given the appointment for Oil change, but he asked me to come at 12:31 PM so that I will not have to wait for hours. I came at 12:15 PM. They asked me to bring the car from the parking lot into the Service center. I went and brought the car. I was asked to sign on a blank form. I waited till 5:00 PM Still they did not take the car It was at the same place where I brought the car inside the Service center. Then I mentioned to the lady that my car has been still at the same place. Then after some time I went to check again at that time I noticed it was taken few feet inside and the hood was opened. I had to wait 5 hours!!! This should be improved. Also, the Service Engin Soon light was on and after the service the light was still on. The person who brought the report was not confidently mentioning. Please improve the interaction with the customers. I wanted to give only one star, but the waiting area is kept clean and comfortable for a long wait for more than 5 hours so 2 stars are reasonable. More

The computer might correct itself. More
