I have nothing but outstanding customer service from Criswell Nissan Dealership. Starting Edwin Hernandez, with the purchase of my new/used car in October 2023, to my recent service in March 2024 with Criswell Nissan Dealership. Gail was very warm and friendly upon my arrival. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to me and my car needs. Her customer service skills with text messages and calls were outstanding! Dalton was the service technician who worked on my Nissan Kicks and he was terrific. Took the time to figure out my weird issue with the USB/C ports and looked at the other issues in depth. Like to take this opportunity to say thanks to Dalton and his service team. Dalton has restored my trust after a few bad experiences last year with previous service consultant. How Dalton treated his custo his service team. Dalton has restored my trust after a few bad experiences last year with previous service consultant. How Dalton treated his customer was like "Day and Night" compared to previous service consultant. He is very tentative to your needs and very professional. I knew the moment that he can be trusted (and work with) when how he greeted his customer with an open smile, whereas, the previous consultant just take your keys and not really want to deal with you. I can go into much more details on how the previous consultant, who is no longer with Criswell, cheated me out with past services that almost make me walk away from Criswell Nissan, but instead, would prefer to give recognition to Dalton and appreciate his professionalism. I highly recommend Dalton and definite bring my business back to Criswell Nissan. He is very technical knowledgeable, tentative to your needs, communicate well with his customers and honest. He just doesn't take your key when the first moment you pull up and walk away.. More
The repair wasn’t done properly and I have to bring my car back for the same issue to be serviced and hopefully resolved this time.
