Just bought a brand new 2010 Nissan Armada and I am loving every bit of it! I drive out of town quite a bit with friends and to visit family but nothing I mean nothing compares to the comfort level I g loving every bit of it! David (Dave) Swisher gave me a rock bottom price and personalized service. I decided to lease rather than buy an Altima. He was very attentive to all my questions and took a lot a time to show me around personalized service. I decided to lease rather than buy an Altima. I don't normally post reviews online, but I thought to make an exception in this case because of the wonderful experience I recently had with Criswell Nissan. For the purchase of a new car, I decided this make an exception in this case because of the wonderful experience I recently had with Criswell Nissan. For the purchase of a new car, I decided this time to do all my research online before physically heading out to any dealership. The reason we decided to visit Criswell first was because one of their sales consultants, Damon, was by far the most responsive to my emails and also seemed most knowledgeable compared to those in other dealerships. As soon as we parked our car at Criswell, Fred, another sales consulstant, welcomed us and we test drove a couple of models, Sentra and an Altima. Afterwards, we went into the office, and met Andrew, the sales manager, and he helped us try to find my "dream" car with specific features/colors that we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in their inventory, but they said that they could get one in for us if we were willing to wait a little bit for an upcoming shipment. Since we wanted to see if we could get the car without having to wait, we decided to look elsewhere with the mutually agreed idea that we would keep in touch as they wanted the opportunity to match or better any price we found anywhere else. Anyways, we ended up buying the car at another dealership because there was no wait involved which is another whole story (and review) in and of itself, but that speaks volumes to me that I am even taking the time to post a positive review of a dealership that I did not end up purchasing my car at. In short, everyone we came into contact with at Criswell Nissan was very professional, friendly, honest, responsive, and not pushy or pressuring, which to me was the complete opposite of my perception of what car salesmen were supposed to be like based on past experience. In the future, I would not hesitate to go there first to look for another car or recommend others there as well. BTW, I did not give ratings for 2 of the 5 categories above because it was not applicable as I did not have any service work done there or make a purchase. More
