Criswell Nissan, especially the Service Department has offered me nothing but stellar customer service. Coming from the realm of BMW I wasn't sure what to expect from Nissan but to my surprise it has bee offered me nothing but stellar customer service. Coming from the realm of BMW I wasn't sure what to expect from Nissan but to my surprise it has been nothing but an excellent experience. I've never been treated like a rock star with BMW, as an M3 & M5 owner, but with Nissan, as GT-R owner, they definitely made me feel like one. The Service Manager and his team are all very customer service oriented, they have always made each of my visits to the dealership very enjoyable. I'm not the type of person that usually write reviews but this dealership definitely deserves it. More

All of the staff that we encountered were pleasant and seemed to not only thoroughly enjoy their work, but helping us with our purchase as well. On a mid-April Friday afternoon with gorgeous 70 degree temps outside, that is saying alot.
