I have purchased my first vehicle from these guys in 2011, then again a vehicle for my sister in 2012, for my brother in 2013, and now for my other sister in 2017. And each and every time Criswell Nissan gave me the best price in the 50 miles radius. Chris, our sales person, made every effort to give us the best price he possibly could for the vehicle and for our trade-in. I won’t have any problem in saying that his sales approach was truly pressure free. He didn’t try to give us that "let me check with manager" line, or try to up-sale us any extras that we didn’t need. Either he understood that pressuring customer doesn’t always work, or maybe he thought that we won’t be interested in anything beyond what we were there for. But either way, I will have to say that my buying experience with Criswell was as good as it was in 2011, when I made my first purchase. As I mentioned in my title, I will recommend these guys, and Chris in particular, to anyone in my friend and family circle that is looking for a new car. For the financing part, I think Krystie handled the transaction quite effectively and efficiently. As far as I can remember, it took us all about 2 hours from the time we entered the dealership till the time we drove out in the new vehicle. That 2-hour time frame does not include the test drive and initial bargaining because we test drove the vehicle a few days ago, and all the negotiating was done over the email prior to our arrival. Love 'Em! I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Criswell, and the buying experience was just fantastic! I was looking for a "deal" at the end of the year, and they respected that and help me find one. Our salesperson, Chris, was excellent and showed us the cars we came into see without trying to push us into a higher price range. He also took note of our "must haves" and made sure we saw everything that might suit us. He got us max value for our trade in, and the paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. The finance people we just great to work with: professional, efficient, and friendly. Also, I've brought this vehicle in for maintenance 4 times now. The service team is great! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. The work is always done right and delivered on time for a reasonable price. Bottom line is that I love my car, the deal I got on it, and the service I have received ever since. Thank you, Criswell! More

My wife had her heart set on a Nissan Rogue and everyone was very polite & professional. David Son, the GM, was very hospitable and engaging. Roland was very accommodating and professional. Mike was very competent and efficient. Mike knew we were in a time crunch and had us out the door in the new Rogue pretty quickly. Great team & buying experience. Worst Experience from a "business" as a business Owner I went to Criswell Nissan of Germantown last month since it's close to my house to look for a very particular vehicle. The top of the line Armada Plat I went to Criswell Nissan of Germantown last month since it's close to my house to look for a very particular vehicle. The top of the line Armada Platinum parked on top of the hill, stock # N170045. I wanted this vehicle because of the tan leather interior. Since I came late Saturday night I have to wait for the finance check on Sunday or Monday. ISSUE 1: my income situation was unique but I had more than enough income to qualify for this $60K vehicle. Ceasar and the manager on that night never try to work with me. ISSUE 2: I tried to get in touch with Ceasar on two days afterwards, NEVER RETURNED MY CALL OR EMAIL. Doesn't even have the courtesy to say anything to me AFTER BLASTING MY CREDIT APPLICATION to everyone and anyone on the internet. SOLUTION: I went to HERB GORDON NISSAN in Silver Spring 3 days later and took home a brand new Armada Platinum with the same interior but different exterior. They were willing to work with me and I was willing to provide them anything they need with my unique financial situation and it worked out. CONCLUSION: I am looking to purchasing 3 more of the same Platinum Armada by mid this year for my business. It will DEFINITELY NOT be at Criswell. Apparently, the vehicle that I looked at is still sitting in their inventory till this day, GO FIGURES. More

Honest, Quick, In and Out Process My Spouse and I came and purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima from Rolland Yanez on Friday. He was very professional, honest, and upfront about everything. "NOT MY JOB!" I recently helped my daughter buy a car, We went to Carmax first and she found a Nissan Rogue and fell in love with it. Carmax took our information and had us approved for a 17k loan with no money down in less than 10 minutes. We decided to sleep on it and she did some research and found a Rogue at Criswell Nissan that was a year newer had 20k fewer miles and was cheaper. We arrived at Criswell and was asked what we wanted and we told them about the Rogue we found online. The salesman did little to make us comfortable but he retrieved the keys and a dealer tag and brought the car around and let us test drive it. My daughter absolutely loved the car and said dad this is it, this is the car I want! The salesman took our information and submitted it too I am assuming the finance man, to get loan approval. During this time another customer arrived interested in the same car and salesman took them out to look at the car. After 15 to 20 minutes the saleman came back and told us the finance guy was seeking approval for our loan. This whole time we are watching them what appeared to be them trying to get approval for the other customer to purchase the car. After another 30 or so minutes the salesman came back and told us the finance man was trying to call in a favor to get us approved for a loan. Keep in mind Carmax had us approved in less than 10 minutes. Now we are at close to an hour waiting on approval. They asked if we had money to put down we told them we had $500. The salesman relayed the info to finance guy and came back a few minutes later and asked if we could come up with $1000. Begrudgingly we said we could he went back and said give them a few minutes more. So we waited and waited and finally I had enough and went back and told finance guy my concerns, which were yes Criswell has the better car but Carmax had us approved in less than 10 minutes and I asked what was going on and he gave me some song and dance that they only deal with certain banks and blah blah, At this point we felt like they were seeing who they could get the better deal, us or the other customer, they assured me that wasn't true and it would be a few more minutes. After about a total time of 2 hrs they came back to us with a deal for 1000 down. And tried to to tell me there was no way Carmax could have done the deal with no money down and I told him that I saw the approval and assured him it was a real deal. I at that point would have walked but my daughter was sure this was the car she wanted. We started to sign the paperwork for the deal and after printing the documents for us to sign, the daughter noticed that the finance guy entered the incorrect address, he had flipped our house number. as we our signing the paperwork I remembered that I had not seen an owners manual in the glove box and asked if he would get us one, he firmly told us that it wasn't his job. I told him he should pick up the phone and call the parts dept and order us one, again he said it wasn't his job, at this time the salesman walked in and the finance guy asked him about the manual and he said he would check on it. He returned a few minutes later and said it would cost us $40. I told them that they should pay for it, they of course refused. Well we finished the paperwork and went outside to get our new used car and it wasn't ready finally after about 20 minutes of waiting the salesman brought the cat around. Gave us the keys, at least he showed us at that time where the spare tire was in the car. thank you for that because without an owners manual we might never have found it. So ends my tale of my experience with Criswell Nissan. In the near future I will be in the market for a NEW car and almost certain the Nissan I want will not be from Criswell. More
