Jennifer listened to me when I mentioned that and she was quick to let me know about how Criswell worked. SHE LISTENED! How many sales people just don’t listen to you when your talking to them? I’ll tell you, most of them don’t listen! But Jennifer never once gave me the impression that she wasn’t listening. She heard what I wanted, got me to where I needed to be financially, and off I went in my brand new truck!! Oh and this girl knew every option just about every car came with or not. Worst Customer Service Experience Ever at a Criswell My daughter and I purchased a Certified used 2016 Nissan Versa from these scammers one month ago(we haven't even paid the first car payment). My daugh My daughter and I purchased a Certified used 2016 Nissan Versa from these scammers one month ago(we haven't even paid the first car payment). My daughter had some issues with the car so yesterday we took it in to be serviced. We find out today that the car has transmission issues. We walk in the dealership (clearly upset of course) and asked to speak with a manager immediately. The manager shows up with the nastiest attitude. Clearly he has no understanding of customer service so we ask to speak with someone else that would hopefully be more compassionate. I was clearly wrong. We walk in to the General Managers office who's name is Gene Lopez. After explaining our situation to him he responded with a simple "and". We were taken aback by the indifference in his tone and his clear unwillingness to offer solutions to our problem. He also insinuated that my daughter caused this major problem in the one month she owned the vehicle. He displayed a lack of care, sympathy or empathy. End result, we now have to make monthly payment on a car with a transmission issue for the next 5 year. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!!! More

Terrible We had drove 1 hour to get to Criswell nissan to purchase a truck about 2 weeks ago in the pouring rain. How is it possible to inspect anything when t We had drove 1 hour to get to Criswell nissan to purchase a truck about 2 weeks ago in the pouring rain. How is it possible to inspect anything when the rain is pouring down. Originally the staff was super nice and worked with us with the price and everything. When we went back to try to get the paint chips fixed, they didn't want to do it. We also called a week in advance to have some keys calibrated so that we can use the automatic starter for the truck and was told that it will be 4.5 - 5 hours to get it done because they didn't put is in the books. The technician also told us that there was no automatic starter in the car; how can that be when we installed it??? The sales rep, Rafael, was super helpful and made the transitions easy but the service representatives were not to compliment on. Bottom line is, matters are brought up to corporate to see if there is resolution as we had already sat there for 3 hours while they try to go back and forth on whether the pain chips can be fixed. More
