Jennifer was extremely helpful with my needs on the phone before traveling over an hour to the dealership. Once we arrived, she was a pleasure to work with and very helpful to satisfy our additional requests with the vehicle we purchased. New side mirror While I was waiting for my friend to pick me up I was sitting at a sales person’s table. Not touching anything! The service lady that I was working with me told me I could sit and wait at the sales person station while I was waiting to be picked up. Brian Washington asked me if I needed help and I told him my situation (as I am writing this review Brian and the sales manager have called) he asked me to get up. I explained my situation and he walked away into his manager’s office. I have sat at the sales people’s desk several times and no one has ever asked me to move. I feel highly disrespected and devalued. My car has has been in the shop several times in the last 4 years. It was also 8:30 am in the morning. They both called me on their cell phones so nothing could be recorded. Dillion was very agitated when he called and asked to speak with me. Which was in no way going to solve the situation. More

These people either don't know what they'really doing or They don't check to see that they performed the service they say they did, they miss major things that are wrong with your car, they unscrupulously up They don't check to see that they performed the service they say they did, they miss major things that are wrong with your car, they unscrupulously up-sell service that does NOT need to be done, using scare tactics to persuade you, they don't mention dealer discounts until you (the customer) confront them about those discounts, they charge double to triple what other service/repair centers do for lIke service. I took my car in 4 times for the SAME problem. I was charged for each incorrect diagnosis in addition to the final correct diagnosis. In other words, I paid over a thousand dollars more than I should have to resolve the problem. Only the final diagnosis was correct. I should be reimbursed for the first two alleged repairs that were unnecessary and did not resolve the problem! More

The Sales/pricing Manager (in the waay back) is a most disreputable character; clearly, he thinks his anachronistic bait-and-switch numbers-juggling is a valid technique. Perhaps for selling Audis, perhaps in Tennessee, perhaps to those folks his military training taught him to treat contemptuously. Perfect example: I asked for a revised price sheet, after I saw my car (and got an automated email from the same man) in the Dealer Site at a lower price. I left work. After making another trip over to Criswell, this man had the nerve to produce an unrecognizable pricing sheet, and begged to explain. Sure enough, when I returned a few hours later, he had managed to create yet another pricing sheet, and then forced my spouse to sit through two hours of his up-and-down shenanigans, "checking with his manager", when she really was just dropping me off. Milos was smooth, quiet and competent. The actual doc prep man, Matin, was also professional His counter part must have gotten his closing skills from that William Macy character in "Fargo" After two purchases from Criswell in two years, I warn everybody to stay away as long as this sales finance rep works there. It may seem simple and, perhaps, even unnecessary, but by making an appointment with Criswell Nissan I felt it saved my family a ton of time and aggravation when we bought our new NISSAN Armada ("Spanish Fleet") , because it got the entire process off to a more controlled, professional start. I like many of you who are reading this review are probably searching for a new or used car probably a Nissan since you're reviewing a Nissan dealer. I have to say I certainly did my due diligence in searching for the best price and although I thought the price I was provided over the internet would change once I arrived at the dealership it did not! I strongly encourage everyone to do their browsing for the best deal but if you're buying a Nissan let me save you more time then I did and either make an appointment or go down right away in person. - Comprar un auto no es ciencia espacial, pero ciertamente puede sentirse abrumador y confuso. I’ve done vehicle research prior, kind of knew what I want, I had few different vehicles and dealerships in mind. I started shopping marathon on Saturday morning, went to few places, drove few vehicles, in result I had mixed experience at best for various reasons. Nissan in Germantown was my next stop on my travel list. I have arrived there mid-day and I went straight to the lot and began to look for my new vehicle. Mr. Eduardo Rodriguez approached me and asked if I’m interested in buying a vehicle, and that was the beginning of a nice sale experience. From that point on I was able to test drive few vehicles of my choice and enjoy his assistance. I’d like to stress that Eduardo’s approach is sure apotheosis of patience since I was very undecided and tortured him with lots of questions for half a day. He seems benevolent, calm, yet exited to demonstrate vehicle’s features, this young person gets my highest marks for a proper conduct and deportment, always attentive, no pushing to close the sale. I bought Rogue, it suits my needs well. I was able to trade-in my truck successfully with Mr. Gilani help, for a good price. And Mr. Dunlap meticulously took care of all paper work, to my surprise instead of temporary tags he was able to give me a real license plate, in the same evening! Which other dealership does that? It should be a standard. I was offered various post-sale services, with no push to close the sale. Vehicle was given to me clean, with tank full of gas, and ready to go. I think that quality of customer service depends on quality of employee training, environment in company that shapes employee behaviors, and employee internal force and capacity to bring their best to a potential customer. Not all dealerships grasp, or exercise these facts, so they loose business. I am looking forward for a good experience in the future, when times come to vehicle services, or perhaps new vehicle purchase in far future. I am writing this review few months after the purchase, and I recommend THIS dealership. More

Mr Gilani tried to push for additional fees after I had already negotiated a price on the vehicle with the sales person and than when we were coming back with our payment from our credit union I talked with Jennifer and said we would be in on Monday eve. I immediately got a call from Mr. Gilani asking specifically when and what time I was coming in after already discussing this with his sales person! I did not enjoy this buying experience at all!! More
