Good prices, awful people Came in on a Wednesday evening to buy a used car for my college kid, found a good deal and began negotiations. Our sales rep Rafael was very nice and helpful, but when he brought our offer to the general manager and sales manager, we could literally hear their snide remarks and their displeasure with our offer since they were standing only 5 feet behind us. They accepted our price offer but were openly deriding our requests to fix some of the issues with the vehicle and made it loud and clear their contempt for our additional requests. Despite this I was willing to take the counter offer, but the managers' blatant attitude made it inpossible to convince my wife to take the deal. If the general manager is willing to show such contempt for their customers there's no way we would ever get decent service from this dealership. Don't come here. More
