TWO incorrect diagnoses...refused to refund me. These service people are either very poorly trained and incompetent, or are deliberately misdiagnosing problems so that they can bill clients more. I These service people are either very poorly trained and incompetent, or are deliberately misdiagnosing problems so that they can bill clients more. I took my Nissan Cube in for a rattling noise. First the tensioner pulley was allegedly the problem. Replacing that did NOT fix the noise. Then they said it was the crankshaft pulley. They tried to suggest that it was the transmission, and claimed that they had to replace the crankshaft pulley to "hear" the transmission to determine if it was flawed. Replacing the crankshaft pulley did NOT fix the noise either. They finally diagnosed the alternator as the ACTUAL problem. When I requested a refund of the costs for the two incorrect diagnoses, they refused to reimburse me. Diagnosing car issues by throwing everything up against the wall to see what sticks is NOT a professional way to conduct a car repair business. Needless to say, I have since found another repair service. Additionally, I am in the market for TWO new cars...one for me and one for my son. I will NOT be buying them from CRISWELL. More

Right off the showroom floor! Immediately the 2019 Nissan Maximum Platinum Reserve with the Rakuda interior memorized me. After looking at the window sticker, I knew this car was sadly out of my price range. After numerous test drives of Altima's (well done Nissan) and lower model Maxima's I was still left wondering. The 2019 Nissan Maximum Platinum Reserve with the Rakuda interior was one car away from the General Managers 'Gene" office. He said to me, you have been here all day, let's take a look at the numbers an see if we can make this work for you. I respectfully said, thank you very much but it's out of my price range. Gene, said well let me see what I can do. After removing all of the vehicles from the showroom floor, a fresh detail, I drove home that day as a proud owner of my 2019 Nissan Maximum Platinum Reserve with the Rakuda interior! Without Gene Lopez's help, I might still be test driving cars! Thank you again and I'll be sure to stop by when It's time for my first oil change. More

We had previously purchased a 2014 Nissan Frontier and liked it a lot. Gene Lopez shepherded the transaction by reviewing the appraisal of the trade in and beating the CarMax number. He instructed Rafael Maldonado, our sales consultant, to expedite the vehicle prep so that it was ready when we finished with James Cook, the finance specialist. We are extremely happy with this transaction and highly recommend this dealership. More
