Perry was great sales person to work with during this process. He made sure the tire had sufficient air pressure and topped off the vehicle for free. The car was clean and tidy. I love this car! Coffee and water was available. They sell Ford t-shirts which are absolutely gorgeous. I bought 5 of them. We were there with our three little boys. They were very noisy but the staff never complained about this. The staff also never complained about the kids getting in to the brand new showroom cars. Absolutely friendly team and environment. The only minor issue (which could've been a roadblock) was that him and his manager didn't know that a vehicle can be financed without a US-issued driver's license. I think this is because they're not dealing so much with new-comers to the US. So long as one has SSN and credit history, he/she should be fine. Glad I was a little insistent on this and convinced his manager to give it a try, and we had approval in less than 30 mins. If I need to buy a second car for my family, I would definitely drive another 160 miles back and forth to shake Perry's hand. Best, Tural More

Criswell wants me to pay $955 for repairs for bad module in radio that hasn't worked since I bought the vehicle two weeks ago. In fact they were quite rude about it. The "manager" called me and was practically yelling at me saying that I should have purchased the extended warranty because his guys always inspect the vehicle and it must have broken after I bought it TWO WEEKS AGO, even though I took in for the problem less than a week after I bought it. **Update: Criswell is willing to negotiate More

George was able to make our order during a time that items were limited as well as the bank availability.
