The dealer offered to fix the rip in the driver's seat for free through an outside contractor. Brought the car back a week later. Seat was fixed and you can barely tell. Turned out nice. All things said and done, it was not a bad experience at all. I would recommend the used car sales department at criswell to anybody looking for a vehicle. More
