I do not believe the document retention fee will go over well with customersin this area as that is what so he and Amber are friendly and personable. Very prompt, courteous, and friendly. The dealership is new but easy to find. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and for an oil change and tire rotation, I was there for almost one hour exactly new but easy to find.
