My issue is not with the Criswell staff, they were great. The issue was with Chrysler’s warranty service. It’s ridiculous they’ll pay for the engine to be torn down and put back together multiple times but n The issue was with Chrysler’s warranty service. It’s ridiculous they’ll pay for the engine to be torn down and put back together multiple times but not pay the labor to proactively check the other side of the engine. But I am thankful I have the extended warranty. More
