Pleasant salesman and excellent financingperson. This was a used car and I made a deal with the salesman and the weekend manager. The weekday manager reneged. They did not clean out the storage area/ compartment below the back lift gate deck. There were mice nests, dead mice and torn up parts. Spare tire was at 15 PS instead of 60. When I showed them the photos, they said it was my problem. 2. The shift lever indicator lights next to the shift lever did not work. Again they said too bad! 3. Battery died after leaving litigate open for 45 minutes so I replaced it. They did not reimburse me. More

Extremely disappointed this time. Not sure why they text since they don't respond. My car failed inspection for dry rotted tires. Tires were 7 years old, with 15,000 miles on them. I wanted what was on it already, but got some other kind. The technician broke the center wheel caps, and they just said it happens with age. Even said one was missing. I don't believe it, as I am a fanatic about things like that. I guess we need to start taking pictures of everything. But feeling now this service center can't be trusted. Not even sure they actually did the alignment correctly since it's veering to the right now. And wow!!! The mess they left when taking the old inspection sticker off is ridiculous. Just overall a very bad experience this go round. I was so hopeful I found a good one. They were decent when I went to them in the temporary location. More
