It doesn't take 90 minutes to change the oil on a vehicle. Asked to see the manager last time to see about getting a refund on the other 18 oil changes. No call back (3 calls/messages). I have been going thru a set of four tires every 12 months repeatedly have had criswell check alignment and rotate tires every oil change they have never mentioned uneven tire wear brought car in for o months repeatedly have had criswell check alignment and rotate tires every oil change they have never mentioned uneven tire wear brought car in for oil change and 21 k miles on tires was told it needed one tire for inspection. Had four new tires out on car and has alignment checked on complementary check was fine but on alignment machine it was out of alignment. Asked what was wrong and was told everything was tight and nothing was wrong. Paid for alignment and was told I needed to have alignment done every six months. There has to be something wrong to cause the tire wear this is going on three years and techs can not find the problem. I have replaced lower control arms bought new rims and tires. So it's not that o haven't done anything to correct the issue. Why can't they locate the problem. More
