Management was disconnected from us. They were to busy watching a game. We tried out several Jeep Wranglers. David was awesome. We spent 3 hours trying to get a final number on a jeep. We still didn't have an answer when we set down with the finance lady. She told her the bank gave us a 7.99% rate on the loan. When we questioned why 7.99% when we have perfect credit, she then said we could get 6.89%. It was just an awful experience. Every jeep we tried out must have been on the lot for a while because they either had dead batteries or the inspection stickers were close to running out. We have bought from Criswell in Gaithersburg MD twice with fantastic service. More
