Very Disappointed in Service, terrible Customer Service I made an appointment for 8am on Friday to have an Oil Change. Tire Rotation, wheel alignment and to diagnose a leaking tire. I dropped my car off at I made an appointment for 8am on Friday to have an Oil Change. Tire Rotation, wheel alignment and to diagnose a leaking tire. I dropped my car off at 730 and was told it should take 2 hours to complete. I never saw the service adviser I dropped my car with, so after the 2.5 hour mark I went to inquiry about my car and talked to the Service Manager (I didn't know this until I looked at the website today). He stated he was going to look into it. 30 mins later (we are at the 3 hour mark) I got word that I was going to be on the road in a few minutes. 30 mins later my car was ready to go and I was out the door. The service work took 3.5 hours to complete for minor service work. I have never had a good experience with the service and I am not sure why I keep coming back. Finding a good reliable person to work on your car is the hardest thing to do and in my opinion Chriwell Chevy is not it. I would report this to the Service Manager, but like I said above he is the one that I dealt with after the 1st one went MIA. More

Dina B. was extremely helpful!!! Nobody likes to take time out of our busy lives to deal with stuff... Stuff like oil changes, tire rotation, etc.... That does not sound like a fun, EXCEPT, when you got people like Dina B. at Criswell. She makes the process pain-free! She communicates with you upfront and offers a shuttle service or wait in the lobby. I chose to wait and she periodically checked on me to keep me informed on the status. I'm very thankful for the hard work of the technician/mechanic who worked on my vehicle and the cashier as well for checking me out! Its takes a great Criswell team to keep my vehicle safe and running on the roads again, many thanks!!! More

Appointment not kept, then tried to sell me a bill of goods Called the day before to set up an appointment, telling the guy (not sure who) I had an escalating leak in the driver's foot well + needed oil change/ Called the day before to set up an appointment, telling the guy (not sure who) I had an escalating leak in the driver's foot well + needed oil change/tire rotation; needed speedy service and would wait. Showed up and Jared (a) could not find the appointment, (b) asked another service person what the pricing was for leaks (hello? all leaks are the same?)--$150-$300, then (c) he said it would take hours and hours because they had to take the moon roof off and other parts. It was clear he did not know what he was talking about, so I left told him what he said sounded like baloney + I did not have hours to wait. Today, I did 3 minutes of Googling and found GM Service Bulletin PI10908 (15-Jun-2016) and NHTSA ID: 10094598, describing the actual problem and how to fix it. NOTHING TO DO WITH TAKING THE MOON ROOF APART! Not only that, I suspect the problem was caused by Criswell when they did a body repair. Way to give all car service people a bad name. I will never go back! More

I just want to clarify that the vehicle was scheduled to be serviced on 05/30/18 at 8am. Vehicle was dropped off the evening of 5/29/18 so there wouldn’t be any delays. Since the vehicle has been dropped off, My husband has had to call multiple times to get updates and would be told different stories regarding the vehicles status; including that the tech has left home being the last communication by the staff at the servicing dept today. After speaking to you regarding this matter and expressing my concern for the lack of communication of the department to the customer (myself) you clearly said to me “feel welcome to pick up the vehicle”. I, honestly feel very disappointed in the way we have been treated as customers and consumers of Criswell. This has been by far the worst experience and to make matters worst, coming from a manager the worst way to handle a customer. I cannot express enough that a lot of people in Crisswell depend on customers to pay bills and should be treated a lot better. We are paying for a service and not getting service for free, not sure what the problem seem to be. Thank you for your major attention to this matter. Ps: To the managers added to this email please reconstruct training for your supervisors/managers/ employees to handle customers in a constructive and effective way to maintain efficiency in the business and growth of the company. Update:6/1/18-To say the least vehicle was picked up today and no paperwork has been given because vehicle was simply sitting in their lot for 3nights 2days. How disappointing and to say the least that not an apology was given or explanation or anything. Way to go Criswell, great business your running here. More

My 2008 Chevrolet Silverado has been having fuel system issues in the last several month for which I have been bringing it to the dealership for service. I have paid thousands of dollars including today's visit on repairs and yet again, keep having the same issues. On May 15, 2018 I brought my vehicle again with the same type of issue and yesterday when I spoke with Anna in your commercial fleet services and she gave me an estimate of $1263. Today, when I arrived at the dealership and checked in with the cashier, i was charged $1614. I find it completely inappropriately and dishonest for the dealership to charge me almost $400 extra without even consulting me. I went ahead and paid the entire amount to get my truck back as this is the only vehicle I have. However, I am requesting that a review is conducted and a credit is made to my credit card.
