I came back to get an alignment. When I got home there was an email stating that I may need more work done. And has since received the same thing in the mail. Why don't they tell you this when you are there? I called the service writer to say that my car is still pulling to the left. The response was to bring it back. I live 20 miles from the dealership, and am 75 yrs old, so this ride is not easy. I am still very frustrated.
