Recently, I brought my 2021 Silverado in for an estimate to have some body work done. After standing in front of the bodyshop office for close to 20 minutes with Chriswell employees walking by without ackno to have some body work done. Eventually, a lady from inside the office finally asked if I was helped? after I answered no, she pointed to the guy who sat at his computer pounding keys and ignoring me the whole time and said he'll be with you in a minute. I immediately told her he already ignored me for over 20 minutes and walked by me on several occasions. She just again stated he'll be with you in a couple minutes. By this time another vehicle pulled up behind me for an estimate as well. Finally, the service writer came over and I showed him the damage I wanted an estimate on. He proceeded to tell me he had to get someone from the bodyshop to look at the damage. Then had me move my truck off to the side. After another 10 minutes I noticed a service guy looking over the truck that came in 25 minutes after I arrived. I asked if he was from the bodyshop, said he was and I informed him I had been waiting for his estimate. He had the nerve to tell me it takes 20 minutes for an estimate and to wait my turn. I was so angry that I waisted over an hour to be treated that way. I eventually left without an estimate. This is no way to treat any customer. More
Not a happy customer. I had my Camaro serviced at Criswell Chevrolet this week. I gave the service advisor a coupon that was mailed to my home, but the coupon was not applied when I picked up the ca Criswell Chevrolet this week. Luckily I took a picture of it and the service manager still gave me the money off. The cost of the service was almost $250. In addition, to multiple additional fees on the invoice, they charged me a 3% fee for me to pay using my credit card. I found the credit card fee unreasonable. No other businesses charge a fee to pay them with a credit card. How else do people pay for car repairs. They said that I could avoid the fee by paying in cash, so I should have paid with one dollar bills and pennies. Lastly, Criswell did not wash my car as part of the service. I won't be back and I recommend people avoid using Criswell Chevrolet. More
I received a phone call from the general manager at Criswell Chevrolet. He was aware of the situation and said it should not have happened. I was very appreciative that he returned my phone call. I bought my 2020 Chevy Silverado with a warranty about a month ago I dropped it off for a fuel pump. No one has been able to tell me when the car will be ready. Mike wasted my time trying to justify $290 labor to install a GPS antenna. The 1st $160 labor bill (took a few minutes) was to tell me the antenna was broken. Then $130 labor to install. Horrible experience - 2hrs for a scheduled oil change? Why? Purchase maintenance prepaid package $4K when brought my Tahoe. You have my money. HMMM Say Jiffy Lube - really guys. Not customer user friendly. Didn't know I need to drop my vehicle off for the day for an oil change at the dealer. More

HORRIBLE!!! I live 10 minutes away but will NEVER bring my truck here again! Dropped off at 8am for scheduled appointment and NO communication through out the day!
