I'd like to recognize Matt Tait from the Criswell Chevy body shop for taking a few minutes out of his extremely busy day to help me with a problem I was having with my car. I have bought 5 vehicles from Criswell Chevrolet througout the years. Never had an issues with getting service or warranty work done. I ordered and purchased my 2023 C8 corvette from them 9 months a througout the years. Never had an issues with getting service or warranty work done. I ordered and purchased my 2023 C8 corvette from them 9 months ago. Then brought my Vette in since clear layer was peeling off of head light. Clearly it was a manufacture defect, which is why I had no issue with them taking pictures of defect area. They two ours later received a text stating that Chevy declined to fix with no reason. However, Dina in Service made some magic happen. Her service managers looked at my issue and said they wil take care of it. I will ABSOLUTELY continue to purchase my vehicles from Criswell Chevrolet. Several months ago, someone rear ended my new Corvette. The damage looked cosmetic and so I was referred to a dealer in Fairfax, who spent two months with the car collecting dust, only to tell me that when The damage looked cosmetic and so I was referred to a dealer in Fairfax, who spent two months with the car collecting dust, only to tell me that when they removed the bumper, they couldn’t touch it due to carbon fiber damage. After a lot of research, I found Criswell could handle all the damage, and I called them… Luckily, speaking to a gentleman named Matthew Tate in the body shop. He immediately struck me as exceedingly knowledgeable, energized, and enthusiastic; he reassured me that all would be well. Thanks to him and his thorough understanding of how to navigate the insurance gauntlet, I have my car back in impeccable shape. The team at Criswell did a fantastic job, thee car looks like new! But again, a very special shout out to Matt, who shepherded me through the process, and without whose help this quite simply would not have been done correctly, as I am sure I would’ve gotten short changed by the insurance company. His communication with both the insurance company and myself was thorough and nonstop. Thanks so much to everyone at Criswell!
