After writing this review on DealerRater.com, I never expected anything to come from it. However, soon after I clicked, "submit", I was contacted by Sue from Criswell. I went through all of the issues I had with the dealership and she assured me that the dealership had gone through some major changes. She invited me in to experience this for myself along with a good will auto detailing for my car. I showed up at Criswell and not only Sue, but all of the people that I came into contact with there treated me like a rock star. I also was very pleased with the results of the detailing that she setup for me. Hank is a top notch detail specialist. Thanks Hank (Criswell Nissan). I needed to have an issue taken care of on my car and after all the efforts that Sue put into making things right, I went back to Criswell. The service specialist was very nice and the repair was done quickly and exactly the way I had asked for it to be done. I'd like to thank Sue for reaching out and showing me that Criswell has made some great changes and it's a sure bet that I will now return to the dealership thanks to her and all of the others who made things right for me.
