Hello this is Kelli on 10-14-2013 (john Ziegler was our service manager). We had Criswell Chevrolet dealer in (503 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD, 20878) installed the Primus™ IQ brake controller. T service manager). We called the company tekonsha and spoke to Andrea and she told us that the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 retails for 107.91. We are writing this review to let Criswell Chevrolet dealer in Gaithersburg, MD, 20878 know that they ripped us off by selling the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 to us at 166.33 over retail price. Total install They charged us 720.00 to install brake controller plus 371.25 to install plug in back off truck for a total 1,091.25 to install the braking controller. On our first visit we arrived for service we were asked by john Ziegler our service manager that we could not leave our truck on the lot of service because the service center was not ready for us and john Ziegler our service manager stated that the owner of Criswell Chevrolet dealer stated that then he looked out his window hour large truck was to big and we would have to leave for 20 min's and then come back to get it serviced. On our 2nd time to the dealer they hit us with the over charged price and when they brought the vehicle out to us john Ziegler our service manager stated that the owner said that we would have to leave the dealer ship ASAP because our vehicle was to big and the owner does not want to see it sitting on his dealer ship. This was our experience at the Criswell Chevrolet dealer. They also never finished all the service work and when we asked them about it the serve manager told us they forgot about it. We have call them about this and asked to speake to the owner we received a call but no one could help us and the owner never called us. I have left several massages about my bill and issue, no luck or phone calls back yet. 10/28/13 and still no luck with issue. More
Dina Bartolomeo, has always treated me very well. The service has been great. They work with you in understanding what needs to happen and how much it will cost. My Service Tech, Chris, was outstanding. He called me at work to tell me what was done with my car and how it was behaving after the updates. He took the time to go out of his way to physically compare a 2 work to tell me what was done with my car and how it was behaving after the updates. He took the time to go out of his way to physically compare a 2013 Equinox's radio unit to my car's unit. And, he did the same for me when I came in the next day to pick up my car. Your shuttle service is also outstanding. I wasn't aware that the shuttle stopped running @ 7:00p so I was semi stuck at the metro @ 8:00p. Chris had already went home. Another service tech offered to drive to the metro to get me. I think his name was Ted. Because of your convenient shuttle service, I decided that it was late and why should I put the nice service tech out of his way. So, I took the bus from the metro to my house with the assurance that the shuttle would pick me up from my house the next day to take me to the shop to get my car. The next day, I actually had a friend take me to pick up my car. But, I'm still very found of your shuttle service. Thank you for the best service experience ever! More

Recently utilized the service department at Criswell Chevrolet and they were great. I received a call letting me know that my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze needed recall work done and I was able to schedule a co Chevrolet and they were great. I received a call letting me know that my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze needed recall work done and I was able to schedule a convenient time for me on a Saturday for the work. I dropped the vehicle off on Friday evening and was promised a return by noon on Saturday. I received a call on Saturday around 10:30am letting me know the service was complete. I appreciated the prompt call and return of the vehicle before promised. My experience with this service call was excellent from start to finish! Thank you. More
