Dina Bartolomeo and Lynn Smith were extremely professional regarding service and made sure that my 2017 Stingray was up to date in terms of service. They follow the excellent sales experience of Abe El-Ghoul. I have had many cars over the years but I would have to say that Criswell is far superior to the rest. I am looking forward to using Criswell in the future for all of my needs. I would recommend this organization to everyone. If I could give it 10 stars, I would do so. Go Criswell, you rock!!! More

Criswell completely replaced the oil pan under warranty and provided me a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the repair. Very happy with the service provided by Joe and Dina. More

Dealer service is expensive and there mechanics are not qualified. I was buying a car from a private owner and took the car there to get multipoint insepection. They passed the multipoint inspection so I decided to buy the car and then after one week I found a leak. Took it to another dealer to find three different leaks in the car. Most likely they did not even put the car on the lift. They denied that there were leaks when they checked the car where the other dealer told that this leak is been there for sometimes. Then they quoted me 2200$ to fix the issue where both rockvile chevy and fitz chevy quoted me 1500$. More

I am very involved when it comes to spending lots of money and Joe Guzman was extremely nice about keeping me in the loop. When it came down to me paying for all the hard work everyone had done on my car he let me take over his office for about 30 mins making sure I had all the sufficient funds needed. I love Criswell Chevy I bought my car here and have come here for every single piece of work on my car. Joe was super nice making sure he could get me the best price possible and he did. I will always get my Chevy worked on at Criswell Chevy. More

Checked to see if something that came up in my multi point inspection would be covered by my warranty. I also got a ride from the shuttle to my job and a ride back to the dealership from the metro the next day. Both drivers were very kind and professional. The cashier was also great - I wanted to use a coupon that I forgot to give Emma when I dropped off the car. This required getting someone else to apply the discount and re-print the invoice. Not a huge deal, but something that could've easily annoyed someone after a long day. The cashier remained calm and was very helpful. The whole experience was great. I'm glad I bought my car through them and hope to keep receiving the excellent customer service. More

Criswell Chevrolet and Emma Cook are the best I have a 2008 Saturn VUE which I have serviced by Criswell Chevrolet since I moved to Maryland in 2012. I had originally bought a third party warranty I have a 2008 Saturn VUE which I have serviced by Criswell Chevrolet since I moved to Maryland in 2012. I had originally bought a third party warranty that was from my original Saturn dealer in Colorado Springs, CO. The warranty company is horrible, and Emma is outstanding with doing the calls and talking to them for me. Emma takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car, and then works with me to be able to prioritize repairs and maintenance to make it convenient and affordable to me. I can't say enough good things about Emma and Criswell Chevrolet. More
