Service Team Committed to Customer Satisfaction After an unexpected major service in the first year of owning my Suburban, I had some follow-up concerns regarding the service and wanted to be certai After an unexpected major service in the first year of owning my Suburban, I had some follow-up concerns regarding the service and wanted to be certain that the condition of my vehicle was in the nearly like-new condition it had been in when I brought it in. I was not sure that those concerns would be received well, and almost anticipated that they would be received as unreasonable, but Gary Lewis (Service Director) was extremely receptive to discussing all of it with me, in detail, and then enthusiastically set about to take care of it. He addressed all of the issues (primarily cosmetic) right away, followed up with me consistently, and assured me that he would stay on top of it all until I was completely satisfied. In the course of bringing the vehicle in a few times I was also helped by Dina Bartolomeo and Joe Guzman, also both clearly committed to making sure I was happy with my service visits at Criswell. Our experience with the purchase of the vehicle a year ago could not have been better, and since then we've really grown to appreciate the professionalism and support of the service team, as well. We're really happy Criswell customers and will be back, I'm sure. More

He basically told me (politely) to grow up, and he would see if there were any angles to work to lessen the cost on resolving my coolant system issue. Don't know how it will resolve financially, but I respect him for calling me on my poor conduct and for his professionalism. Sorry Joe. I know, just doin' your job. In all honesty, the Criswell Service Center guys have been good. I bought a lemon that only truly showed itself after standard warranty. Oil leak Came in for an oil change and told representative I may have an oil leak. Dealer found oil leak as well as a coolant leak. I had to leave my car for 2 1/2 days and Criswell provided me with a loaner vehicle at no cost to me. A lot of time and labor was involved in making the repairs and I was kept informed on a daily basis. The technician as well as his manager road tested the car and it was returned good as new. I even received a free car wash. I have been going to Criswell for over 20 years and have bought all but one of my vehicles from them. I currently have a Buick Encore and return to Criswell for all of my service needs even though the Buick dealer is right down the street from me (I live 1/2 hour away from Criswell). EVERYONE I have come in contact with over the years is professional, kind and provides exemplary service. Tammy Tipton is friendly, professional and was especially accommodating to my needs and provided updates on a daily basis as well as arranging for a loaner vehicle. More
I was given a thorough estimate "as promised" I was nervous about taking my car into the dealership for repairs knowing my warranty had just expired. I expressed my concerns to Joe Guzman when I dropped my car off that morning. I was given a thorough estimate as promised. Joe went a step further and upon me asking for a picture of my car's issues that he called me about, he emailed them to me immediately. Joe Guzman and Juan J. showed me they were both conciderate as well as eager to put my concerns at ease. They both took the time to explain in detail what was repaired and how they were able to extend me additional savings. When I arrived at the dealership I got into a washed and vacuumed car!!! More

I met with Russell and I was immediately impressed with how I was treated. There was no pressure or sales pitch. He listened to my needs and goals and we actually discussed how to meet them! I am on my second car with Criswell. The service is impeccable and the staff is always kind and patient and most of all...they listen. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Criswell and refer everyone I know to them. My Chevy Cruise is a great car. I love to drive and this car is responsive and great on gas, it's a joy to drive. Dina Bartolomeo and Lynn Smith were extremely professional regarding service and made sure that my 2017 Stingray was up to date in terms of service. They follow the excellent sales experience of Abe El-Ghoul. I have had many cars over the years but I would have to say that Criswell is far superior to the rest. I am looking forward to using Criswell in the future for all of my needs. I would recommend this organization to everyone. If I could give it 10 stars, I would do so. Go Criswell, you rock!!! More

Dealer service is expensive and there mechanics are not qualified. I was buying a car from a private owner and took the car there to get multipoint insepection. They passed the multipoint inspection so I decided to buy the car and then after one week I found a leak. Took it to another dealer to find three different leaks in the car. Most likely they did not even put the car on the lift. They denied that there were leaks when they checked the car where the other dealer told that this leak is been there for sometimes. Then they quoted me 2200$ to fix the issue where both rockvile chevy and fitz chevy quoted me 1500$. More
