Great Service!!! It was Black Friday and we went searching for a new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and were promptly greeted by Ken Lamb. He was very helpful, polite and profe It was Black Friday and we went searching for a new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and were promptly greeted by Ken Lamb. He was very helpful, polite and professional from the start. He showed us the car, explained its main features and the characteristics he liked about it. Ken shared with us that he also owns a Malibu of the same generation and that he was very satisfied with is ride and quality. He arranged for us to test drive the Malibu and rode with us during the drive around the town of Thurmont; which helped to find immediate answers to all our questions. Jesse Torreyson in the financial department was also very helpful. He offered us good advice and made us feel assured that we were getting a good deal. This was definitely one of the best experiences we had purchasing a car from a dealership. More
