I would not recommend Criswell to people. Their staff does not communicate warranties and information well. I bought a vehicle from them and had issues which I told them about. I did not get it fixed within 30 days which I was not told was a requirement and they wanted $150 to diagnose even though they knew it was a problem. I had another issue with the same vehicle for engine repairs. They sold me a limited warranty which only covered $3000 of damages and did not disclaim this upon purchase. I am not fighting to get warranty coverage for even this minimal amount. More

Staff at Criswell were very nice and accommodating while I was there. My salesperson, Noah, was knowledgeable about the truck I was purchasing and even helped with with transferring my OnStar/Sirius over t I was there.
