I have purchased several vehicles from Criswell Chevrolet over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase I have ever made. I got a great deal and there was no presure to make the purchase. Mike was very professional and took the time to explain the details of the transaction and the features of the truck (Avalanche) I purchased. It has been a few montbs since I purchased my new car at Criswell Chevrolet but the experience was very memorable. Mike Furman was the saleperson and he went out of his way to answer all my questions, made Criswell Chevrolet but the experience was very memorable. Mike Furman was the saleperson and he went out of his way to answer all my questions, made suggestions, showed me all the cars that could be of interest to me and gave helpful hints what to look for and what to watch out for. His suggestions were excellent and his instructions and assurances were comforting. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. All my post purchase inquiries were promply addressed. I walked into Criswell Chevrolet coming from another dealership who had treated me so rudely. Mike Furman greeted me enthusiastically the moment I walked in. It was very refreshing. Mr. Greaney was a superb salesman and very patient with me when I was 5 months pregnant and had no idea what I wanted or needed.
