Peter Eaton met me and we started talking about my plans. At first, he said that he did not have a convertible that would meet my criteria. However, as the conversation proceeded, he recalled a car that had recently been taken in trade. We went outside to look at it, and Pete responded completely and satisfactorily to all of the questions I raised. We took a test drive of about 20 minutes, and during the ride Pete pointed out both the strengths and limiations of the 1975 Ford Musang we were driving. The car was exceptionally clean and the reports Pete provided showed that it was well maintained and had not been involved in any accidents. After the test drive, the closing time for the dealer was approaching. I returned home and did some comparative shoping for price and found Criswell's to be quite competitive. I returned the next morning at opening and, since it was raining, Pete let me take the car out for a second drive alone to see how it performed on wet roads. He also provided me with a Car Facts sheet and a copy of the work order for the inspection work done at the time the car was taken in by Criswell only a few days before I first saw it. We made the deal at what I believe to be a very fair price. After agreement was reached, I noted two very minor items that I requested be corrected. Pete agreed to take care of them, and he said that the car will be ready for me on the 25th of May. Further, he said that he would drive it to my home as I have no convenient way to pick it up at the dealership. While I was in the dealership, Pete made a deal on a new car that produced much more revenue than I paid for my Mustang. However, he paid no less attention to my needs and concerns that he did for the customers who bought the new car. In summary, to this point, my interactions with Criswell and Peter Eaton have been most pleasurable and the puchase was completed in a most satifactory manner. Zalman A. Shavell Rockville, MD More
We are exceptionally pleased with the service we received from Tim Mauro in purchasing two vehicles in two weeks. We thoroughly enjoy both of our vehicles and even though Criswell is a bit far from our home (Severn, MD), you've earned our business for life. I also want to mention Jim Carter in finance as he was fantastic to work with making the paperwork seem easy. Jim really worked with the financing bank for us and got us great rates. Without hesitation, he got in touch with Criswell Chevrolet's main number and got me the phone number for Performance First. I was able get assistance with getting my card door opened within the hour. I'm very happy I can count on Richard. More

Again, everything went smoothly--there were no surprises. Pickup and return service was a nice touch. Only problem was that when I first got there, the service bay was closed and I couldn't figure out how to get them to open it. Finally went through the showroom. Oh, and service kept calling me and telling me I'd missed an appointment. I got about four such calls. More
Very satisfied with entire process at dealership. Mr. Hall gave us a price for vehicle and the price never changed, even at financing. Even now, we have run into some situations with the vehicle and Mr. Hall is really working with us very hard (without hesitation) to handle the situation and give us a satisfactorily resolution with very minimum out of pocket expense on our part. Considering we purchased a used vehicle, we are being treated as if we purchased a new vehicle and we have NEVER had this type of experience in any other previous dealership. We have already recommended the dealership to friends and will be going back to purchase again in the future! More
