Noah was awesome. I was so slow in deciding and he was so patient. I have recommended him to everyone I know that is looking to buy a car. He was excellent at helping me pick the right car. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Noah, and it was an excellent experience - start to finish. Not only did he help me find the exact make, model, color and drive train but he also ensured every custom excellent experience - start to finish. Not only did he help me find the exact make, model, color and drive train but he also ensured every custom option was correct upon delivery. More importantly, he was EXTREMELY patient while we worked through the numbers. I am one of those people who HATES car dealerships because I feel they rip people off, but Noah walked me through every line item on the vehicle and financing to make sure I was satisfied each step of the way. Never did I feel rushed, walked on or "sold to" - a pleasant surprise to say the least. My jeep is great, my monthly payment and interest rate are great and the process was painless. I would definitely buy a car from him again and no longer fear buying from a dealer. More
Noah was very friendly and courteous and helpful with explanations about the car I test drove and purchased. When a problem with the radio surfaced the unit was replaced promptly. explanations about the car I test drove and purchased. When a problem with the radio surfaced the unit was replaced promptly. Noah was great. Called me up 4 months after I bought the car and asked how everything was going,. Very nice, caring, and bent over backwards to help us. Service department has been good too. And I love my n car and asked how everything was going,. Very nice, caring, and bent over backwards to help us. Service department has been good too. And I love my new orange sonic hatchback!! On a different note, the dealership is lacking in many ways... The head of the financial department, mike something, is a jerk. I didnt even deal with him in the car buying process. Don handled my financing, and was a true blessing! He harassed me after my purchase, threatened to take my name off the registration and just leave my boyfriends because I couldn't make it in on his time to drop off the second copy of my trade in vehicles title. When I did go in, he ignored me in his office and kept answering the phone. I'm pretty sure I just bought a 20,000 dollar car, which should at least buy me some respect. I don't know if he thought he could push me around, but no. When my boyfriend called to speak with the general manager about the harassment, the GM never called back. Customer service from the GM and head of the finance department is lacking 100%, it's a miracle those under them can be so wonderful. If you buy a car at criswell, buy from noah and use don in finance. Other than that, you'll just get a headache. More

I asked all the right questions as I was in the business. They blatantly lied and sold me a damaged car. I unfortunately had to buy sight unseen which is why I asked for the sales managers(Bill Barley) to They blatantly lied and sold me a damaged car. I unfortunately had to buy sight unseen which is why I asked for the sales managers(Bill Barley) to visually inspect the car. I have his testimony recorded to that the car is "spotless". I plan to take them to court. The car need about 2000 in repairs as the passenger front dor was crushed and poorly repaired. I would never recommend this dealership and keep in mind that I was an internet sales manager for years and sold hundreds of cars sight unseen and have 100% feedback still as most were done on auction site. I used to be able to take any Chevy apart and put it back together when I was younger. It is now rare to find anyone who works at the dealerships that really know the vehicles other than the mechanics. I mus together when I was younger. Based on the salesman who contacted me, initially by e-mail, then telephone and by text. I was not impressed. He was pushy, would not take no for an answer after I told him I no longer needed his serv e-mail, then telephone and by text. I was not impressed. He was pushy, would not take no for an answer after I told him I no longer needed his services; he persisted in texting and calling me even after I told him , " Do I need to contact your employer?" Even that, did not sway him from future contact. At that point I was livid and would not entertain any communications. I did not want hear any specials offers, promotions, or even visit the dealership based on just this one person. In doing a little research, the company has been in existance for 38 years which was one reason I even thought about buying a car from them. Hence, yet another phone call but with an apology this time from the company. You be the judge, I am all for being fair but I wonder if this is one of their training practices. More
