Mr. Greaney was a superb salesman and very patient with me when I was 5 months pregnant and had no idea what I wanted or needed. I had a 9:30 appointment and did not have to wait when I pulled into the dealership. Car was taken immediately and I waited in Criswell's remodeled customer lounge. Was informed after a short wait, that t pulled into the dealership. Car was taken immediately and I waited in Criswell's remodeled customer lounge. Was informed after a short wait, that the car would be ready in half an hour. Within that half hour I was escorted to the Cashier's Office to pay the bill. That's to GM Card rewards, my bill was minimal. Love that program. More

I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Criswell in the last 3 months and have had great experiences. I had a minor issue with one of the vehicles 5 days after purchasing and received great service to get the 3 months and have had great experiences. Even before I went to Criswell Chevrolet, Richard answered most of my questions about the car I was purchasing. When I finally came in to buy, he was very friendly, helpful, fair, and pretty entertai answered most of my questions about the car I was purchasing.
