Noah was great. Called me up 4 months after I bought the car and asked how everything was going,. Very nice, caring, and bent over backwards to help us. Service department has been good too. And I love my n car and asked how everything was going,. Very nice, caring, and bent over backwards to help us. Service department has been good too. And I love my new orange sonic hatchback!! On a different note, the dealership is lacking in many ways... The head of the financial department, mike something, is a jerk. I didnt even deal with him in the car buying process. Don handled my financing, and was a true blessing! He harassed me after my purchase, threatened to take my name off the registration and just leave my boyfriends because I couldn't make it in on his time to drop off the second copy of my trade in vehicles title. When I did go in, he ignored me in his office and kept answering the phone. I'm pretty sure I just bought a 20,000 dollar car, which should at least buy me some respect. I don't know if he thought he could push me around, but no. When my boyfriend called to speak with the general manager about the harassment, the GM never called back. Customer service from the GM and head of the finance department is lacking 100%, it's a miracle those under them can be so wonderful. If you buy a car at criswell, buy from noah and use don in finance. Other than that, you'll just get a headache. More
I asked all the right questions as I was in the business. They blatantly lied and sold me a damaged car. I unfortunately had to buy sight unseen which is why I asked for the sales managers(Bill Barley) to They blatantly lied and sold me a damaged car. I unfortunately had to buy sight unseen which is why I asked for the sales managers(Bill Barley) to visually inspect the car. I have his testimony recorded to that the car is "spotless". I plan to take them to court. The car need about 2000 in repairs as the passenger front dor was crushed and poorly repaired. I would never recommend this dealership and keep in mind that I was an internet sales manager for years and sold hundreds of cars sight unseen and have 100% feedback still as most were done on auction site. I used to be able to take any Chevy apart and put it back together when I was younger. It is now rare to find anyone who works at the dealerships that really know the vehicles other than the mechanics. I mus together when I was younger. Based on the salesman who contacted me, initially by e-mail, then telephone and by text. I was not impressed. He was pushy, would not take no for an answer after I told him I no longer needed his serv e-mail, then telephone and by text. I was not impressed. He was pushy, would not take no for an answer after I told him I no longer needed his services; he persisted in texting and calling me even after I told him , " Do I need to contact your employer?" Even that, did not sway him from future contact. At that point I was livid and would not entertain any communications. I did not want hear any specials offers, promotions, or even visit the dealership based on just this one person. In doing a little research, the company has been in existance for 38 years which was one reason I even thought about buying a car from them. Hence, yet another phone call but with an apology this time from the company. You be the judge, I am all for being fair but I wonder if this is one of their training practices. More

Finally was able to get my new Avalanche! I really love all of the neat cargo options and the power from this motor. I’m just so excited to finally get this truck! It was a long journey. I know I went t all of the neat cargo options and the power from this motor. I’m just so excited to finally get this truck! It was a long journey. I know I went to every dealer in the greater DC area and no one treated me better or gave me a lower price than Criswell Chevrolet. I’m glad to be part of the tradition. More
Great deal. Great customer service. They listen to what you want not what they want you in. The selection is my favorite, they had tons of cars to choose from. I contracted with Criswell Chevy on 10/16/09 to accept my 2008 Chevy corvette for $53,600 and they took possession of the car and title on that date. The deal was contingent on my purchase of another vehicl 2008 Chevy corvette for $53,600 and they took possession of the car and title on that date. The deal was contingent on my purchase of another vehicle for my wife from Chicago Motorcars, Chicago, Ill. for $37,500. I had a reservation to fly to Chicago on 10/20/09. Once I inspected the car, Duke Silvea, Criswell agreed to transfer the funds to Chicago Motorcars and transfer the difference to my bank account. Since I wanted to ensure all the financial arrangements were finalized, I called Mr. Silvea on his cell phone the morning of 10/19/09. He didn't answer, so I left a message. I called him again in the early afternoon and left another message. I called a third time in the late afternoon and again got no answer, so I called Criswell's finance office. They were unaware of the arrangements so they recommended I speak to the Manager, Kevin Zott. When I explained the confirmation I needed he said "you've made this deal very difficult, you should come pick up your car." I explained that I had a deal with Criswell and that I expected them to honor it. Approximately ten minutes later I received a call from Mr. Silvea. He stated "we're done. You went over my head and complained about our service. Come pick up your car." I reiterated that we had a deal and I restated my desire to complete it. He said no and then hung-up. I called back a few minutes later and left a message and apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused. He called back and reiterated that "we're done." I pleaded with Mr. Silvea to honor the deal. He refused and again told me to pick up my car. In so doing, Criswell has caused me the expense of a cancelled flight and the very real possibility that I will lose the opportunity to purchase the very rare car I was committed to purchase from Chicago Motorcars.
