I'd like to thank Criswell Chevrolet and their outstanding Corvette specialist Mike Furman for making my very first new Corvette purchase an amazing experience. We arrived first thing in the morning for our delivery and Mike was personally wiping down our new E-Ray in the delivery area. Mike was able to walk me through the controls of the car and got it all set up and customized for me in advance of our ride back to Tampa Florida. I also worked with Dina in service to have a couple of aftermarket items added to the Corvette during PDI, so it was great to be able to pick it up knowing it had grill screens and ACS Rock Guards on it. I ordered my 2025 Corvette E-Ray from Mike Furman for his experience and knowledge on Corvettes, as well as the stellar reputation of Criswell Chevrolet, and I would do it all over again. Thanks again and keep waving!! More

Malcolm is one of the worst service people I ever dealt with in my life he held my car for a week for a tire sensor and a key fob. Anytime they keep your car for longer than eight hours. They're supposed with in my life he held my car for a week for a tire sensor and a key fob. Anytime they keep your car for longer than eight hours. They're supposed to give you a loaner. He kept my car for a week and call me every other day with an excuse, but would not give me a loaner car . I paid for a warranty to cover a loaner and most repairs. Since this was the second time they had to fix my tire sensor I already knew it was covered, but Malcolm refuse to give me my car without paying him $300 for the service and also it's been over a month and I still have no key fob. Another service rider had took over for him and honored the warranty. I paid $3500 for I feel as though I should be compensated for the week. I had no car also the month that I've been without a fob. Believe me if I could give them less than one star I would. More
