Our current MDX was still in great shape, but we thought it may be time for a car with less miles. We went into Criswell with the intent of "just looking". As soon as we walked into Criswell Acura, we were greeted by John Morris, a Criswell Sales Associate. We told him about the MDX we saw online. The price was so amazing that several people had already looked at the MDX, and there were more people coming. Nevertheless, John never pressured us that we had to buy it immediately because it will go fast. Instead he showed us the MDX, went through all the amazing features, and sat with us as we test drove the car. John is the perfect no-pressure, friendly, highly knowledgeable salesman, and my husband and I were sold. As my husband and I were waiting to get all the paper work completed, Alan Hannon, the Pre-owned Car Sales Manager came out to chat with us. He is friendly, had great personal stories, and was so knowledgeable about Acura products. Alan and John invited us to come back the following week for a tutorial on all the features of the MDX. Since I am not as tech savvy as my husband, I was very interested. They scheduled an appointment. The tutorial was great. Really, we could go on and on about how great our car buying experience was, but in short we would 100% recommend Criswell Acura, and will definitely buy our next car from them! More
