My wife and I are repeat customers to the Criswell franchise, having purchased several cars from them in previous years, usually buying two at a time. Compared to sales and service from other dealers in this area, Criswell ranks best overall in every aspect of customer satisfaction. My wife had been looking for a new car for several months and while my previous car was being serviced I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Nesbitt about an Audi A6. He is obviously very knowledgable about the vehicle and fully answered all my questions. The result is that my wife went to see him, worked a deal, and drove away with the A6 that was in the showroom which is immaculate. I went with her, test drove a Q5 and two days after her I drove home with the Q5. I give top ratings to Criswell for their consistent fair pricing, excellent service, and our overall satisfaction with the Criswell franchise for the past six years. We both will continue to utilize Criswell as our sales and service source for vehicles and have will continue to refer friends to that Audi franchise as well. Customers are always treated with dignity and respect. The staff makes you feel more like friends or family than mere clients. We started our relationship with Criswell based upon their prices as compared with other franchises within local commuting distance and have never been disappointed. With respect to service, reasonable appointments are always available and your vehicle is completed within the promised timeframe. I can assure anyone that purchasing a vehicle from Criswell is absolutely hassle free and not the painful ordeal people tend to associate with getting a car. More
My husband and I were vacationing in St. Michaels, MD when the "Check Engine" light in our car went off. We immediately called roadside assistance who gave us the closest dealership to St. Michaels which when the "Check Engine" light in our car went off. We immediately called roadside assistance who gave us the closest dealership to St. Michaels which was located in Annapolis. That's when my husband spoke to Mr. Schiavone on the phone. He attempted to diagnose the problem and assured us that if we brought in the car early the next morning he would have it fixed within an hour. We made the 50 minute drive to Annapolis and arrived by 9:00 a.m. and we were on our way by 10:00 a.m. The service and attention Mr. Schiavone provided us was greatly appreciated (and his over the phone diagnosis was pretty accurate)! The car was completely fixed and it also received a nice car wash. We also needed some extra screws for the license plate which Mr. Schiavone provided and installed. Lastly, my husband made a ton of inquiries regarding updates for the sound system which were answered. We would have had the updates installed right then and there due to the great price and quality of service- but the necessary parts had to be ordered in advance. This whole experience could have put a huge damper on our vacation but in the end it was only a tiny bump in the road thanks to Mr. Schiavone and his team! More

The night before I went to the dealership, did some searches and notices were sent to my local dealers. The next morning when I got an email from Adam letting me know that he was happy to be of assista searches and notices were sent to my local dealers. While I was looking in the lot, I was approached by Adam (just so happens :) He was able to show me the car that I described and get the process started quickly. Since I had a trade-in car, he and Alan were able to help me get a great deal on my new car. The process was fairly quick and painless. Each were all smiles, very friendly and knowledgable of the Audi vehicles. More

Worked with John Woods for over a month to agree on a deal for this car. He called me periodically, was very polite and persistent. With each interaction he contacted me back, but in a polite and non-pushy way. He also cared for the care well while it was in the showroom. I was very satisfied with the deal and the handling of the sale and paperwork was smooth and the fastest and easiest I have ever had. I don't know that I would ever buy and Audi, but I certainly would be excited to look at at a used car (or new of another make) from John and would trust him to treat me right and negotiate a reasonable deal. He makes customers feel comfortable and confident in a car purchase and is an asset to your dealership. More

WORST EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE. AGREED TO PURCHASE USED VEHICLE AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND WAS CONGRATULATED ON MAKING A DEAL WITH THEM. I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE VISA DEPOSIT TO GUARANTEE THE CAR AND DID SO IMM VEHICLE AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND WAS CONGRATULATED ON MAKING A DEAL WITH THEM. I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE VISA DEPOSIT TO GUARANTEE THE CAR AND DID SO IMMEDIATELY. I RECEIVED ALL PAPERWORK VIA COURIER 2 DAYS LATER, THEN INFORMED THEM THAT THE PAPERWORK WAS RECEIVED AT MY END AND THAT I WILL RETURN IT OVERNIGHT. I ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THE BALANCE OF FUNDS WILL BE WIRED IMMEDIATELY AS AGREED. THEN I GOT A CALL FROM THE SALES MANAGER SAYING "SORRY WE SOLD THE CAR AND YOU CAN RIP UP ALL THE PAPERWORK". WHEN I ASKED HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY SOLD THE CAR THE IDIOT SALES MANAGER SAID HE CAN DO WHATEVER HE WANTS AND THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO! THIS IDIOT SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR BREAKING AN AGREEMENT. I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING RESPONSE FROM THE VERY NICE SALESMAN THAT I DEALT WITH. Hi Gord, I apologize for everything that took place. I know that you are upset, and understandably so. Unfortunately I didn't have any say in the decision making process, and my manager was simply trying to get the most possible for the vehicle.
