The first time I arrived at the Dealership I was alone and no one approached me or helped me which at first really bothered me, but I assumed salesman realized there is not many 27 years olds buying Audis and no one approached me or helped me which at first really bothered me, but I assumed salesman realized there is not many 27 years olds buying Audis, so I came back the second day with my parents and everything went a lot better. I wanted to buy in Annapolis because its closer to Ocean City and Adam was great and a big help especially to my parents who didnt have the same knowledge of Audi as I did. The process was easy (as car buying can be nowadays) and David was incredibly helpful and worked with our trade in the best he could. Making the appoinment was easy. They took the car into the service area on time and there was very little paperwork involved.
