Staff courteous and helpful - people at desk are quite knowledgable about service and repairs; however, after 2 visits my car is still missing or skipping. This place has unacceptable business practices. Every 2-3 weeks, I'm getting red fagged messages to schedule a repair of recalled part on my Subaru Outback starting November 2021. If not repaired, Every 2-3 weeks, I'm getting red fagged messages to schedule a repair of recalled part on my Subaru Outback starting November 2021. If not repaired, the engine could be ruined. I called many times to put my car on their schedule without any success. There is only one person to do that and amazingly she is either out of the office or on the phone or unavailable for 4 months. Today I was told that they don't have necessary parts for the nearest future. I was also told to call them if my car is shaking violently or driving uncontrollably. Will I be able to call them before the crash? More
