Repaired broken spring on 5th wheel. We worked with service advisor Tony Glewwe. He went out of his way to get our problem resolved and get us on the road again as quickly as possible. Their replacement of the broken spring was compounded by the fact that we had a Canadian built trailer with parts that are not standard in the US, and no longer available. Tony kept working to locate a replacement spring without success. He then located a business nearby that made a new spring to our specifications. He kept us informed and was always polite and considerate of our situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Crestview RV if you have a problem in the area of Georgetown, Texas.
