We called Friday after negotiations were complete to make our deposit to hold the trailer while we applied for financing through them (we already had an approval on a loan by our bank but they asked we give them the opportunity to finance). We left a message that wasn’t returned so my husband texted the salesman at the end of the day to follow up and he said he’d call us Saturday morning to collect our deposit. He called us Saturday, my husband gave him our credit card number to charge and we were thrilled because we finally found our RV. The manager called me at the end of the day to let me know that even though we agreed on a deal and provided them with a deposit, they sold the RV to someone else that afternoon. We were crushed and incredibly disappointed in the way they handled business. So we wanted to warn people that your deposit means nothing at Crestview RV in Selma. They treat their dealership like an auction house even when a deal has been made and they will sale it out from under you to the highest bidder. More
